The dining table seats 18, the kitchen has double refrigerators and dishwashers, and The Florentine has a step-free ground-floor queen suite with the kitchen, dining room and pool on the same level. CastleDay is licensed as a hotel: inspected, legal, city permit 24-XSTR-24029.
Thanksgiving weekend brings the Bayou Classic to the dome and opens Celebration in the Oaks, City Park’s lights, about 15 minutes away. December has Réveillon menus citywide and caroling in Jackson Square. On New Year’s Eve the fireworks go up over the river at Crescent Park, a 20-minute walk from the villas, and in mid-January the Sugar Bowl (a College Football Playoff semifinal in 2027) is at the dome.
The pool is heated and every villa has a hot tub, so the pool is usable in December. The grill is outside, the XL TVs inside and out carry the bowl games, and the courtyard works for the family photo.

December has more open weekends than the festival months and lower rates. The price you see is the total for the whole stay, before taxes.
