Each villa has its own pool and grounds.
Three villas in the Bywater, ten minutes from the French Quarter by car. Each villa sits behind its own fence with its own heated pool, hot tub, and grounds. The one you book is entirely yours.

The three villas share the same layout. The art is different in each. Every villa page has the bedroom floor plans and the bed list by room.
The Florentine has the only step-free ground-floor suite: an accessible queen with an accessible tub.
Nightly rates by season, and the event weekends on the calendar.
The 3-day hold
Hold the dates, then decide.
Pick a villa and your dates at checkout and hold them for 3 days. The dates come off the calendar here and on the listing sites, and you get a link to send the group. No card, no deposit, and nothing to cancel if you do not book.

The pool and hot tub don't close, so the early risers get them to themselves. Everyone else wakes up when they wake up.
Breakfast is whatever you make. The kitchen has 2 fridges, 3 ovens, and 2 dishwashers, so a couple of people can cook for everyone.
Lunch is a group decision. The grill is by the pool, Frady's One Stop in the Bywater does po'boys to go, and we can set up a crawfish boil at the villa (it's an add-on).
Most afternoons end up at the pool. There's a hoop in the pool, another in the driveway, and cornhole on the turf. Anyone sitting out a round can watch the game on the covered patio TV.
Each villa has 8 bathrooms, so nobody waits long for a shower. Dinner can be at the villa (the dining table seats 18) or out. Our favorite is N7 in the Bywater - book it early.
Frenchmen Street is 8 minutes by car, or a longer walk by way of Bud Rip's and R Bar. If you'd rather stay in, the living room TV is 85 or 100 inches, depending on the villa. Either way, the hot tub's still on.
