Occasions · The reunion

Three generations, one block.

Cousins in the shared rooms, grandparents in the ground-floor queen, everyone at one table. Nobody drives between houses.

Why CastleDay

Every family chat asks the same three questions.

Will we all fit?

Seventeen beds behind twelve doors, mapped room by room on the Bed Map on every villa page, so the cousins are sorted before anyone packs. Pack-and-plays, high chairs and free queen air mattresses, just ask ahead.

Can Grandma manage it?

The Florentine is our Accessible Villa: a step-free ground-floor queen suite with an accessible tub, and the kitchen, dining and pool on the same level. Tell us what she needs and we'll make sure it works.

What will it cost each branch?

The nightly rate plus one cleaning fee, plus occupancy taxes. No per-guest fees, so adding cousins never adds line items. Pick your dates and the calculator shows the real price, split per person.

How it goes

The reunion, day by day.

Thursday's advance team to Sunday's last table.

Thursday
Afternoon

The advance team lands

Whoever's running the show gets in first: early check-in when the calendar allows, the grocery run before the crowd, rooms checked against the Bed Map.

Friday
Day

Everyone lands

Twenty-five minutes from the airport, hugs in the courtyard, kids in the pool before the bags are up the stairs.

Night

The first long table

The dining table seats eighteen and the pergola seats the rest. No kids' table in another house.

Saturday
Morning

Grandma holds court

Coffee on the shaded deck while the early risers claim loungers.

Midday

The tournament

Cornhole, basketball, the pool hoop. It gets competitive.

Evening

The crawfish boil

The boil crew arrives with the burner and papers go straight down the table. It books through us.

Night

Stories under the lights

The old stories get taller; the kids finally sit still to hear them.

Sunday
Morning

One more table

Beignets, the family photo everyone actually shows up for, and goodbyes that run long. Late checkout at 1pm is free when the calendar allows.

Hosting the whole extended clan for the reunion barbecue? The villa hosts it; bigger gatherings just need advance written approval from the team.

"There's so many nooks you can escape to and unwind. The breeze by the pool on hot days was incredible."

Get everyone home

The reunion they'll measure the rest against.

Summer is pool season at the friendliest rates of the year; the classic weekends (Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, Halloween) book out closer to a year ahead. Each villa sleeps up to 30 across 12 bedrooms, 17 beds, and 8 baths. Book one, two, or all three; up to 90 in all.
