The usual answer is a downtown hotel: a meeting room, a room block down a hallway, and a bar full of other conferences. Each CastleDay villa holds a team of up to 30 across 12 bedrooms and 17 beds, with an indoor table that seats 18 for working sessions, living rooms for breakouts, and fast wifi throughout. Two villas take 60. All three hold a 90-person all-hands on one quiet Bywater block. CastleDay is licensed as a hotel: inspected, legal, city permit 24-XSTR-24029.
Sessions run at the dining table. Lunch comes out of the kitchen, which has double refrigerators and dishwashers and fits catering trays. Breakouts spread across the living rooms and the covered patio. After the sessions, the pool, hot tub, turf lawn, driveway basketball hoop, cornhole and grill are there. A crawfish boil or a brass band books through us.
Procurement gets a short email: one property, one invoice, W-9 and certificate of insurance on request. There are no per-guest fees, so a head count that moves does not reopen the contract. The price is public: pick your dates and the calculator shows the live price split per person before you enter your name. Midweek and shoulder-season dates often cost less per person than a downtown room block.
Teams rarely land on the same flight. Reception is staffed around the clock, and the Quarter is ten minutes away by car.
Past 30, the second villa is next door: sessions in one, workshops in the other, everyone around one pool in the evening. All three villas hold 90 for an all-hands weekend. The capacity pages show how the beds work at every size.
