Corporate · New Orleans

The corporate retreat venue where the boardroom opens onto a pool.

Run the offsite from a private villa: an oversized dining table for the working sessions, living rooms and a courtyard for breakouts, fast Wi-Fi throughout, and a heated pool waiting at five o’clock. One property, one invoice, ten minutes from the French Quarter.

The short answer

Where can a team actually run an offsite in New Orleans?

The usual answer is a downtown hotel: a windowless meeting room, a room block scattered down a hallway, and a bar full of other conferences. Each CastleDay villa holds a team of up to 30 across 12 bedrooms and 17 beds, with an indoor table that seats 18 for working sessions, living rooms for breakouts, and fast Wi-Fi throughout. Two villas take 60; all three run a 90-person all-hands on one quiet Bywater block. And it’s a licensed hotel that feels like a house: inspected, legal, city permit 24-XSTR-24029.

The day has a natural shape here. Sessions run at the long table through the morning, lunch happens out of the chef’s kitchen (double refrigerators, sized for catering trays), afternoon breakouts spread across the living rooms and the pergola, and at five o’clock the pool, hot tub, turf lawn and grill take over. Hoops and cornhole settle the interdepartmental questions; a crawfish boil or a brass band books straight through us.

Procurement gets a short email: one property, one invoice, W-9 and certificate of insurance available on request. There are no per-guest fees, so a head count that moves doesn’t reopen the contract, and the price is public: pick your dates and the calculator shows the real number at live rates, split per person, before you’ve told us your name. Midweek and shoulder-season dates often beat a comparable downtown room block per person.

Teams rarely land on the same flight. From a 25-person group that flew in from across the US: “They were flexible with check in to accommodate a range of travel times and were super responsive with any questions that came up.” Reception is staffed around the clock, and the Quarter is ten minutes away when the team wants the night out.

Past 30, the second villa is next door: sessions in one, workshops in the other, everyone around one pool by evening. All three villas hold 90 for an all-hands weekend, and the capacity pages show exactly how the beds work at every size.

Good to know

Common questions

Where can a company hold an offsite in New Orleans?

In a private villa instead of a hotel meeting room. Each CastleDay villa sleeps up to 30 with an indoor table that seats 18 for sessions, breakout space in the living rooms and courtyard, and fast Wi-Fi. Two villas take 60; all three take a 90-person all-hands.

How big a team can you host?

From about 14 in one villa up to 90 across all three. Everyone gets a real bed across 12 bedrooms and 17 beds per villa; the Bed Map on each villa page shows the layout room by room.

Can you provide a W-9 and certificate of insurance?

Yes: one invoice for the whole stay, with W-9 and COI available on request. No per-guest fees, so a head count that moves doesn’t reopen the paperwork.

Is there space to actually run sessions?

Yes. The indoor table seats 18 with room to spread out, the living rooms take breakouts, and the pergola works for the sessions that go better outside. Smart TVs throughout for the slides.

What does it cost compared to a hotel block?

Often less per person midweek and in shoulder season. The math is public: the nightly rate plus one cleaning fee per villa, plus occupancy taxes, no per-guest fees. Pick your dates and the calculator shows the live price split per person.

What can the team do without leaving the property?

The heated pool and hot tub, the turf lawn with hoops and cornhole, the grill, and XL TVs inside and out. A crawfish boil or a brass band books straight through us; the vendors you book yourselves come straight to you.
