A New Orleans house that sleeps 20: the whole group in one house.
Twenty guests is in the middle of the CastleDay range. Each villa is one house with one pool and no other guests, and at 20 the group sleeps mostly two to a room with beds to spare.
The short answer
Twenty people, one villa, one pool.
At 20 guests, most New Orleans options force a choice between a hotel room block with no shared space and two separate houses with two separate pools. CastleDay keeps all 20 together: 12 bedrooms and 17 beds, a kitchen with double refrigerators and dishwashers, a dining table for 18, and a private heated pool and hot tub for your group alone.
There are no per-guest fees, so the cost per person stays simple as the group grows. Twenty people split one villa, and everyone is in the same house for dinner and the late-night swim.

Common questions
Is there a single house in New Orleans that sleeps 20?
Yes. Each CastleDay villa sleeps up to 30, so at 20 you are mostly two to a room with beds to spare, and the pool is used only by your group.
Do you charge extra per guest?
No. The price you see is the total for the whole stay, before taxes. We don’t charge per guest, so adding people doesn’t change it.
Can we add a second villa for an even bigger group?
Yes. The three villas sit together, so you can book two for about 40 to 60 or all three for up to 90.
Keep the group together
Ready to keep your whole group together?
Each villa sleeps up to 30 across 12 bedrooms, 17 beds, and 8 baths. No per-guest fees, and the lowest rate is always direct.
