Occasions · The wedding weekend

Wedding weekend headquarters.

The welcome party, the getting-ready house, the whole crew at the pool before the ceremony: everyone you love on one block.

Why CastleDay

Everything but the ceremony.

The whole party, together

Bridal party in one villa, families in the next. Take all three and the block holds the whole guest list.

One bill, no per-guest fees

The nightly rate plus one cleaning fee per villa, plus occupancy taxes. Adding people to the same villa never adds a line item — check your real dates and see the whole number up front.

We've hosted this weekend before

Two couples wrote up exactly how they ran it, vendors and costs included: one took all three villas, one made a single villa the family home base.

How it goes

The weekend, at a glance.

Thursday
The landing

Twenty-five minutes from the airport, bags down by mid-afternoon, the welcome party by the pool that night.

Friday
The in-between day

A slow pool morning, a swamp tour for the out-of-towners, the rehearsal dinner out in the city. The hot tub waits up.

Saturday
The day itself

Everyone at the pool through the afternoon, getting-ready rooms with real mirrors and real light, then off to the venue.

Sunday
The send-off

One last swim, beignets on the patio, and the goodbyes that run long before the flights home.

Pick rooms off the Bed Map before anyone lands; every villa page shows every bed, room by room.

From the guest book

Two weddings wrote the playbook.

Both couples wrote up how they ran the weekend, vendors and costs included. Read them before you plan; steal what works.

All three villas · September 2025

One wedding, all three villas.

Sam and Gigi took all three villas and gave each side of the family its own. Sixty-five guests slept on the block, the families hosted a 45-person dinner at The Cocodrie the night before, and the day after the ceremony The Florentine held a 150-person pool party with a brass band.

"If there's a single argument for renting all three villas at once, this is probably it."

One villa · April 2026

One villa as the family home base.

Karen and Danny put one side of the family, fourteen of them, in The Florentine. The family cooked a 34-person dinner the first night, the whole crew got ready there on the wedding day, and 150 guests came back Sunday for a poolside farewell brunch. No caterer, no rented furniture, no portapotties.

"Had a group of 19, couples and singles all had their own bedrooms. It really was the perfect house for our group."
