The villa has a driveway basketball hoop, a grill, a turf lawn with cornhole, and XL TVs inside and out next to the pool. At night the ride to Bourbon Street or Frenchmen Street takes about ten minutes.
The kitchen has double refrigerators and dishwashers, the outdoor kitchen has a covered patio to eat under, and a crawfish boil or a brass band books through us. For the big dinner out, ask the team for restaurants that seat a whole group. Bacchanal, Vaughan’s and BJ’s are within walking distance.
The bedroom floor plans and the bed list by room are on every villa page, so rooms can be settled before the flights land.
The price you see is the total for the whole stay, before taxes. We don’t charge per guest, so adding people doesn’t change it. The per-person share drops as the list grows. The living rooms and media lounge are open as late as you like.

Outside, until 10pm. The block is residential, so outdoor quiet hours run 10pm to 8am. Inside, the living rooms and the media lounge are open as late as you like. The pool and hot tub stay open too, at a lower volume after 10.
How close is Bourbon Street?
About ten minutes by car, and about the same to Frenchmen Street. Bacchanal, Vaughan’s and BJ’s are within walking distance of the villa.
