The rate doesn’t change with group size, so a rough number is plenty. You can update it any time before arrival.
The agreement
One simple agreement covers your whole stay. CastleDay is licensed as a hotel (Permit No. 24-XSTR-24029).
- Fifty percent (50%) of the Total Stay Cost is charged when you book. The remaining balance is charged automatically to the same payment method on the schedule shown at checkout and repeated in your confirmation email.
- More than 60 days before check-in: cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of every dollar paid.
- 60 days or fewer before check-in: all payments are non-refundable. This includes no-shows and early departures.
Read the house rules here
- Quiet hours outdoors are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The pool and courtyard stay yours around the clock; quiet hours lower the volume, they don’t send anyone indoors. New Orleans has a noise ordinance and the Group is expected to comply with it.
- Smoking is outdoors only. Smoking or vaping indoors incurs a remediation charge of up to $1,000 plus actual costs if higher.
- No glass anywhere in the pool area. Broken glass in the pool means draining it, billed at actual cost.
- No firearms or other weapons on the property.
- Nothing unlawful on the property. Illegal activity ends a stay immediately without refund.
- Children are very welcome and swim and use the grounds under adult supervision at all times.
- Do not tamper with or disable smoke alarms or other safety equipment.
- Rules posted at the Villa or provided in writing are part of these Terms.
