Is a villa this size too much for 11 or 12 people?
No: smaller groups just get more space. The villas host groups from about a dozen up to 30; at 12 you use the same pool, kitchen and courtyard with more elbow room, and if the trip grows, the beds are already there.
What will it cost each of us?
