This was my group’s second time staying at a Castle Day property. Last year we did Villa A, this year we did Villa C. Next year, we may do Villa B (IDK 😂). But the property was so nice last year, and the host was so friendly and accommodating that we decided to book again this year. The property was clear, the staff and host exceeded expectations, and we had everything we needed plus more. We have nothing but praises for the host and property. If you’re looking for a place to stay in NOLA for a large group that’s not far from the strip, and has all the amenities you need for a wonderful weekend, look no further. CastleDay is the place you’re looking for.

This villa was top tier. The property was clean, spacious, comfortable, lots of fun and accommodated our group of 21 perfectly. This property is definitely worth the price and it’s a 10 out of 10…HIGHLY RECOMMEND. If our big group ever travels back to New Orleans we would definitely rebook. My cousins and I rented this home for our COUSINS TRIP of 30 for the weekend. We traveled from various states. This home was beyond amazing. We enjoyed it more than outside 😂😂. It held us all with room to spare. Pictures did it no justice. So much better in person! Loved that there’s security on the grounds and host responds very quickly. Downside is the train/boat that literally rumbles, shakes, blows horns, and screech in the weee hours of the morning a few times is crazy! Would I recommend this place…….HELL YEAH ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you so much!!!!

This place is one of the best AirBnb we have ever stayed in! We had two vilas for three nights. The onsite security came in handy when we needed an extra extension cord. We hosted 4 generations in two of the villas. There was nothing we needed that we didn’t have. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out! We had areas to chill and relax, other areas to play cards and dominoes and areas for the kids and teenagers to hangout. We will definitely be back and will highly recommend to others coming to New Orleans.

This beautiful, thoughtfully designed home was perfect for our large family reunion. The spacious layout gave us plenty of room for activities and connection while still creating an intimate atmosphere with privacy when needed. The swimming pool was wonderful for the children, and the property was even more stunning than the photos! The staff was gracious, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They accommodated early check-in and late checkout when possible and provided ample towels, toiletries, cooking space, and a great BBQ area. Having two dishwashers and two refrigerators was especially helpful for our large group. We had an epic and unforgettable family reunion, and this beautiful home was a huge part of what made it so special. We would absolutely recommend it for large families and group gatherings!

A world of it's own! You are behind the gates to a private "resort." The home is large enough to accommodate a large group (we had 19 Adults and 1 child). Clean and spacious throughout the home. The heated pool and outdoor kitchen is a plus!!

This spot was incredible. We had 17 guys for a bachelor party and it was perfect for us. Everyone had tons of space, the pool and yard setup (the pool basketball hoop was so fun) was perfect, and the TVs everywhere were super great for World Cup viewing. If you're looking for a spot to hold a large group (especially if you're a bachelor party), this spot is perfect. I would say the only negative (and it's very minor), is that you'll want to Uber to and from Bourbon or Frenchmen if you're going to be going out at night. Super minor, Ubers were quick and easy in both directions, but if walking is mandatory to you it's worth a thought.

Everything was spectacular! This was the perfect place for a large family group. The pool was spacious, and the jacuzzi was a real jacuzzi, which made our stay even better. One thing we really appreciated was that you could request replacement items anytime, which was incredibly convenient. We had an amazing stay and would definitely book again!

La Cocodrie was the perfect "home sweet home" for 15 women on my bachelorette. It was incredible to have so many options for bedrooms and bathrooms, fantastic common spaces for games, meals and conversation, and there was nothing like a relaxing pool day after a night out. Everyone was blown away by the space and the host was proactive, responsive and flexible with our check-in and check-out. The Bywater neighborhood is my favorite part of New Orleans and we had many restaurants and bars within a close Uber or walkable distance from the house. I highly recommend this listing for your next large-group stay in New Orleans!

This location was amazing for our large group. There was a large amount of outdoor space for everyone to either spread out or hang out collectively. The pool and hot tub were a big hit, along with the basketball court. Overall, this location had everything we needed, and I would totally recommend it.

Went to jazz fest with a large crew of 16 fellas and this place was perfect :) It’s a bit of a walk to get to more sociable areas, but this house is a fortress that has everything you need for a big group. We were always relieved to get back after a long day out, and enjoy the pleasantries of a large tv, clean kitchen, and refreshing hot tub + pool. Also the bball set up is very legit - for all you hoppers.

This place was perfect for our big group. Tons of bedrooms, all big enough to be comfortable and many rooms have ensuites. There are also just great amenities for share housing- two sets of washing machines, two dishwashers, two fridges. And tons of towels. The hot tub, pool, and entertaining space was also great. The hosts were very responsive 24/7. For this much space you do stay a bit out of the main parts of town, but bacchanal is just an easy 15min walk and Ubers an easy find. We’ll be back! This is truly a hidden gem- great location, centrally located 15-20mins from major New Orleans attractions. The rental is idea for large groups and families in every capacity. The photos truly capture the essence of the rental. I appreciate the bulk of the rooms had private bathrooms and there was a large table to seat SEVENTEEN. Above all excellent hospitality and communication.

I absolutely loved staying here! The house had everything I needed and more to accommodate our large group. The location was no more than a 10 minute drive to the French Quarter. The house was very clean when we arrived. The pool and basketball hoop were our favorite amenities. I wholeheartedly recommend this airbnb and would gladly stay here again!

My fiancée and I chose CastleDay to house 23 guests for our joint bachelor/bachelorette party in New Orleans. Villa A was perfect, clearly designed for events with lots of guests. It was easy to get in and out of, and exceptionally clean. The guests really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and we loved that there were spaces large enough to accommodate everyone. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions during our stay. They were also flexible about our checkout time, and let us leave our luggage at the Airbnb both before check in and after checkout. There is a train nearby which was a bit loud during the night, but not a huge deal (some guests woke up, some didn’t). The neighborhood has some bars/restaurants that you can walk to — we loved brunch at Elizabeth’s, and drinks at Bacchanal and Parleaux. If you have a large group and want to stay somewhere comfortable and luxurious, this is the spot! We would book here again in a heartbeat.

Great Airbnb and well managed. They were very accomodating, allowed us to enter property to access the yard area prior to official check in time, also flexible for checking out. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group of 15. Not a walkable area but plenty of parking for rental cars and plenty of access to rideshare services.

We stayed here with a group of 23 and it was the perfect space for our group. It was an easy drive to the French Quarter. The outdoor spaces were great and we made good use of the pool and hot tub. Inside was spacious with more than enough room for our group. There was plenty of seating for everyone with both indoor and outdoor tables. The sliding glass doors opened up to create an extension of the dining room. The place is located in a mixed neighborhood with both industrial buildings and homes. It was completely fenced and gated which made us feel secure. Also, there is a building at the entrance that is staffed 24/7 and you can get extra towels, TP, paper towels, etc. The host quickly responded when we had questions. Overall a great stay!

Although the neighborhood appeared questionable, it was quiet (except for occasional train), and the airbnb had excellent security. We do 3-4 airbnbs a year for our exhibit team at medical congresses each year. So we need space for 7-10 people, and the Fontaine was just great. Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and meeting rooms. Each with huge TVs. And nice pool and outdoor spaxes to relax.

We'd give this 10/5 stars if we could. We brought 20 people here for our wedding and CastleDay exceeded every expectation! The property is made for a big group. Gorgeous rooms, cool local decor, and a double fridge that was an absolute lifesaver. The outdoor space is spectacular: we hosted a crawfish boil at the communal tables, grilled by the pool, shot hoops, and ended every night in the hot tub. The morning after the wedding, the whole group just lounged poolside to recover in the sun. One of my favorite memories from the whole trip. The team is also just genuinely good people: responsive within a half hour throughout all my pre-, mid-, and post-stay questions, sent maintenance first thing when a door had an issue, and even mailed a package to me in NYC after we'd left. Only note: it's a quick Uber ride to the Quarter, but pickups can take a bit longer. Totally manageable; just order cars a little early. For any large group event, I'd book this again without thinking twice.

I had heard from some of the guys in my group the location was not the best, but when we got there I, nor anyone else in my group, did not feel unsafe once. This place was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed the heated pool even though it was between 40-60 degrees all weekend. We LOVED the hot tub, it fit our whole group of 17 people easily. We had the best time hanging out and loved the dinner table that also fit all of us. The beds were super comfortable! This is a hidden gem in the Bywater neighborhood. You feel secluded from your surroundings, but there's some very interesting spots that are walkable. Easy Uber rides to other parts of the city. Heard the train a couple times, but it didn't bother anyone in the group. Highly recommend this spot for large groups who want to explore the city but also want an oasis to come back to and enjoy being together. Even got through a pick up game of basketball with no injuries!

The home is new and beautiful! The outdoor space and an expansive and the pool and hot tub were wonderful! We loved the home, were very comfortable and found it stocked with some essentials that we appreciated. The neighborhood is rather run down. We would not walk in the area to explore. However the compound is very secure and the fencing gives the sense of being in your own oasis. We had one minor issue but it was addressed immediately. The host is very responsive. We had a family reunion with 15 people and the villa was amazing. The space is definitely big enough to hold more people so we had a ton of space to congregate and play games, eat food, have fun, and relax. We took full advantage of every space in the home and we weren’t disappointed by anything. The weather was bit inconsistent on the day of our arrival so we connected with the CastleDay hosts to see if we could do an early check in and they were able to accommodate our request which we absolutely appreciated. The quick response time of our hosts was much appreciated and while we didn’t need much once we were in the villa, I know that they would have been quick to respond if we did. The security team on site also gave us a sense of peace. This is a beautiful property and is very close to the French Quarter, Bourbon St, and many other areas that tourists would want to get to. If you’re considering this property for a large gathering of any type, stop considering and just book. 10/10!

CastleDay's villa was awesome! Very nice and spacious. Well designed with literally an area for everyone. We had 16 guests in the house and it never felt crowded, even when we were all in one area there was more than enough space. The villa was clean and well maintained. The 24hr security was a bonus. The privacy fence, yard design and pool made us feel like we were on our own oasis. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone and especially if you have a large group. Our group had an incredible stay at this villa, everyone couldn't stop raving about how perfect the place was. We came out for a bachelor party and the villa was spacious enough for all of us and had everything we needed (especially the pool since we came when it was over 90 every day). The CastleDay team was also extremely responsive to any question we had, even letting me deliver something to their office when it wouldn't arrive to me at home before the trip. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

I had a total of 25 people come from across the US and the team at Castle Day were amazing! They were flexible with check in to accommodate a range of travel times and were super responsive with any questions that came up. The amenities were great for the humidity and the space itself was great for a large group. No one felt cramped and everyone had more than enough space to relax outside of their rooms. The area is more residential but with several places with live music that are walking distance that me and my friends took advantage of. There was also a security guard there when we returned later at night which made us feel comfortable and safe. It’s about a 10 minute drive from the French quarter and we didn’t have any issues getting Ubers for 25. Also, the Castle Day team made it as easy as possible for a smooth stay from start to finish! If I ever find myself back in NOLA I would definitely stay here if given the chance! Thank you Max and The castle Day team 😊

This space is an oasis! We held a 13 person men's retreat here, so the feel of the space was very important. Not only did this space accommodate all the men well, it was incredibly efficient - plugs everywhere, TVs in the right places, easy to understand instructions on all the systems, and a highly communicative support staff. Our attendees felt right at home and felt safe and comfortable enough to relax and share/unburden themselves without worrying about the facilities. Would def come here again and again and again

The location is a great home base for large groups or families. Being located in the upper Bywater area, it's a little outside of the French Quarter, but only a 15 minute drive in. The pool/hot tub was enjoyed by most and the large kitchen/dining area allowed for some great interaction opportunities. Beds were comfortable, floor plan was nicely laid out. The only issue we had was some low water pressure in some showers. We contacted the owners and after a couple of days, they had it up and running. The owners were quick to respond to inquiries. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Setup is great. Giant house more than capable of accommodating large groups. We spent the majority of our time outside enjoying the porch, pool and basketball hoop. Hosts were very responsive, flexible and helpful. This property is not cheap, but the ease of our stay and the immaculate condition of the property, combined with great communication made it worth it for us. Definitely recommend.

You will not regret staying here! We rented 2/3 CastleDay villas right next to each other for a school trip, and we had a fabulous time. First off, the host was extremely responsive and accommodating - given we had 45 people with all different flights, they offered us bag storage and late checkout at no additional charge. It made a huge difference in convenience for us! The villas themselves are amazing - they sleep 24 people each comfortably, the pool & jacuzzis had temperature control, two fridges in each kitchen, and everything felt brand new. We could have spent the whole weekend just lounging at home. Location wise, the neighborhood felt a bit unsafe in certain places, however there is security on the premises and it's a 10 min uber to French Quarter, so very convenient to get around. I would say the only downside is that Villa C is right next to a train track, so that got loud at night, but with earplugs it's not too bad. Villa B you couldn't hear it.

Our group was a short (10-15 min) drive away from the french quarter, so we had lots to do. But whenever we wanted to stay in and relax, we really enjoyed the pool and grill area and felt very safe. I recently stayed at this incredible Airbnb that was perfect for our group of 16, and I can honestly say it exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a stunning, modern space that was not only spacious but also beautifully decorated with vibrant colors that instantly uplifted our mood. The layout of the house is fantastic, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space. The open-concept living area was perfect for gathering together, and the modern decor made it feel both stylish and inviting. The attention to detail in the design was impressive, with unique artwork and elegant furnishings that created a welcoming ambiance. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool area. It was an absolute oasis! The shimmering water was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring, and the surrounding lounge chairs made for the perfect spot to soak up the sun. We spent countless hours by the pools. This is a hidden Gem.

Phenomenal listing! The pictures are EXACTLY what it looks like in real life, and it is absolutely beautiful. Easy to get into, easy to find once you know what you're looking for, and it was phenomenal inside and out. Perfect amount of space for a large group where you are not crowded on top of each other but also able to gather around the table or on the couches and chat. Will 100% be staying here again if we come back to NOLA next year, it was an amazing experience! Made our trip so unique.

The house was very good and comfortable. It accommodated our group of 20 people comfortably. All furniture was new, and the house was very clean. The response time by the host was outstandingly fast and professional, who always tried to meet our demands whenever possible. The location was not the closest to the main attractions (such as the French Quarter and CBD), but it was expected and about 10 minutes by car. I definitely recommend this place if you are going to New Orleans in a large group.

We had a wonderful stay at CastleDay. There was a group of 14 of us, and the space was plentiful and beautiful. The hosts were always responsive when we had questions (such as warming up the hot tub, etc). There was enough space in the hot tub for us all, as well as the grounds and home for us to host a seafood boil. Loved the multiple TVs, made listening to music or watching the Super Bowl so easy and fun! Would definitely stay here again. We also met our neighbors in the other villa and they were so kind as well! Would also recommend Chef Will for future guests to use. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

CastleDay is an amazing oasis near the heart of New Orleans that offers a space that is great for large groups and events. We had guests in all 12 bedrooms but never felt too crowded. The yard was peaceful and serene and we loved the pool and hottub and grill. We had a chef for our group who absolutely loved the kitchen and space it had. It was extremely easy for guests to get with a little guidance and we were within a short distance from shopping and eating. The CD team was responsive throughout the whole time of our visit and was just a text or call away if we needed anything. I look forward to booking there again.
