Jazz Fest 2027 runs two weekends, April 22 to 25 and April 29 to May 2. A group needs one house close by: real beds for everybody, a kitchen, and a heated pool and hot tub for the end of the day.

Each CastleDay villa keeps up to 30 people behind one front door in the Bywater, across 12 bedrooms and 17 beds, about ten minutes from the Fair Grounds by car. Breakfast is at the table for 18, the ride to the Fair Grounds is about ten minutes, and the heated pool and hot tub are there at the end of the day. The kitchen has double refrigerators and dishwashers, and the turf lawn has cornhole and a driveway basketball hoop. At night, Frenchmen Street and the Quarter are a ten-minute ride.

Staying for both weekends works: the midweek between them is quiet and the house is already yours. The price you see is the total for the whole stay, before taxes.
