Often, and it depends on the group. A villa is priced per night per villa rather than per room, so the more people you bring the better it compares; there are no per-guest fees. We need somewhere to actually gather. Is there space?
Yes, and that is most of the point. Each villa has a chef-ready kitchen, an indoor dining table that seats 18, a covered pergola with an outdoor kitchen, and a pool and courtyard your group has to itself. No function room to book by the hour.
What if the group is bigger than one villa holds?
The three villas sit side by side. One sleeps up to 30, two hold 60, and all three hold up to 90 on the same block, which is how wedding weekends and company offsites usually run here.
Is this a licensed place to stay, or a short-term rental?
